| " Take a taste" |

I’m just coming back from a wonderful place: El Molino, an old mill surrounded by a garden Eden in the middle of nowhere in Andalucia, Spain (www.molino-malaga.com). There, I took part in an afro-brasil-dance- workshop from Anja Deharde (www.lebenstanz.com), an excellent dancing teacher from Munich with bavarian-afro-brasilian spirit. I enjoyed a whole week of dancing in a circus tent, singing, laughing, sharing, picking oranges and lemons from the El-Molino garden, swimming in the sea, sitting around the big fire place in front of the mill and cooking and eating at El Molino.
Now, I want to share two of my favorite El Molino-recipes with you: El Molino-sesame butter and El Molino-divine peach sauce. El Molino is a place to come back. Definitely. Take a taste:
El Molino - sesame butter:
Roast sesame in a pan until you smell a nice roasted sesame smell (attention, it goes very quick that you will have burned sesame…). Mix it with one package of smooth butter , add a little bit of salt and - if you’re brave and strong – add a chopped slice of garlic as well. Then, put it into the fridge for cooling down. It tastes very nice with grilled meat and vegetables, but also on a normal slice of bread.
El Molino – divine peach sauce
Take some nice peaches, take the skin off and put them into a mixer (if you don’t have a garden Eden next to you, just take them from the tin). Then add fresh chopped mint and fresh chopped red chili. Add a little bit of sugar and salt and enjoy! Nice refreshing side kick for vegetables, meat and Couscous.

| " The Mill is a place to recharge" |

I came to the mill with a real lack of clarity regarding my future life direction. During the walks with the two dogs, Donna and Charley, to the lake, and during the tours with the bike and the general "being" at the mill, I could really recharge. Some great insights have occurred.
And thanks to the enriching conversations with Birgit, I now have some new ideas and could pull out some old, deep rooted patterns. "Like pulling out old roots". My path is now much clearer.

| "Physical Journey with Birgit" |

I had two issues:
-
A debilitating deafness, which I had had for several months.
-
And a growing cyst on my liver.
After doing two Journeys with you, my deafness went. And suddenly I was myself again! I can still hear, and am obviously very happy about it.
I now live as I want to again.
Regarding the cyst, I still have the picture which came during the Journey:
The liver suddenly collapsed.
How it will look in reality, I will find out at the end of this month.
The fascinating thing about the Journey, is that the soul itself finds the solution to the problem.
I just need to trust it.

On my one year time out tour around the world, fate brought me through the internet to the Mill.
I was looking for a place where I could concentrate on myself and I found it here.
The insights which I got during my walks to the lake have changed my life in a positive way.
I saw more clearly. There were well defined signs from the Universe which helped me to understand. I felt I was in good hands in this beautiful landscape, with its olive plantations, soft hills and the energy giving Maroma (highest mountain in Axarquía). Thank you ! |

The fresh and spicy smell of the old Eucalyptus trees envelops you, as you enter the driveway to the Mill. Further along, a river bordered by stones and plants reminds you of the the mystic and the feeling for nature. And you feel that this is a special place, a healing place. Beauty opens the doors for transformation. So no wonder that above the wooden entrance door, a small sign greets you with words "Molino de Jesus y Maria". Welcome . |
