In this Workshop we will train together our body with Asanas. With breathing techniques we can feel our Lifeflow more. In the Meditation we bring our mind to more stillness and trough the deep relaxing we can give away all our blocks. In the end we will sing Mantras together, to go in our joy. The Workshop is for Beginners and also for advanced Yogis. I'm looking forward to meet you and enjoy the Yoga together. Om Shanti Sebastian. |

My Name is Sebastian, I am 31 years old and I'm doing Yoga since 2003. Fastly it was clear for me that Yoga takes an important part of my life. For that reason I did a Yoga teacher training in 2007. Since this time I'm enjoying to teach my kind of Yoga. Two years I worked as a Yogateacher at the german Seminarhouse Casa el Morisco in Spain . Since 2009 I'm giving classes in Germany and this Summer I am again in Spain and give Yogaseminars mainly in the Valle the Sensaciones.

There is no Tradition which I follow strictly, but my style is mainly inspired from Krishnamarchaya (Ashtanga-Yoga, Iyengar-Yoga, Vini-Yoga) and Sivananda. Yoga has many sides and a lot of different possibilities, so that everybody can find his own way. Yoga fits flexible for everybody, so it can grow up our spectrum of experience, if we wish this. |

Ursula arbeitet mit ihrem eigenen Kartenset: den CHOKKANintuitivKarten.
CHOKKAN ist japanisch und bedeutet „unmittelbare Wahrnehmung“.
CHOKKAN ist auch Philosophie: Die Wahrheit ist einfach, unmittelbar und geradeaus.
Ursulas Karten sind es auch. Sie hat sie entwickelt nach einer Vorlage der Skat- und LenormandKarten. |

In dem Basisausbildungskurs werden wir u.a. drei Kartenlegebilder lernen:
Das Kleine Haus:
Zu einem gegenwärtigen wichtigen Thema, das uns beschäftigt, lesen wir
die GEGENWART; die VERGANGENHEIT; die BILANZ; die TÄTIGKEIT (aktiv/passiv); und sich daraus ergebend die ZUKUNFT.
Fragen wie: Was ist im Moment wichtig für mich? Was kann ich tun? werden uns die Karten beantworten.
Entscheidungshilfe:
ein Kartenlegebild, das uns bei Entscheidungsfragen helfen wird.
Das große Partnerhaus:
ein Kartenlegebild, das sich auf Partnerschaften, egal welcher Art, bezieht.
