-		Take highway N340 direction Malaga
-		Shortly after that take the exit for Almeria, Motril, Nerja
-		After approx. 4 km take exit 241 onto the A45 direction Cordoba, Granada, Seville. This road takes you up into the hills.
-		After approx. 10 minutes take exit 124 Casabermeja / Colmenar / Villanueva de la Concepcion

-		Turn immediately to the right on the country road A356 direction Colmenar/ Rio Gordo/ Velez-Malaga
-		After around 20 minutes, between the 27 and 28 km signs there is a dirt road on the left next to an old farm house. There are 2 signs: "Yeguada la Colmena" and "El Molino". Take this road in direction of the lake and stay on it direction Periana (the white village you see in the mountains at the north)
-		After 2.5 km there is a stream/river with a small bridge
-		Right before the bridge there is the entrance to the mill on the right (red and white striped barrier). The path goes alongside a row of old eucalyptus trees.
